HF Bala is a true gentleman. He has produced some lovely foals and the stud will be keeping a filly of his to join the broodmare band. I believe he could be a homozyous bay producer. So far all his foals have been bay to chestnut mares.

A sale to Malaysia had just been negotiated when Australia's Equine Flu outbreak occured. Unfortunately the new quarantine measures and the extended delay before horse movements were allowed, forced the sale to collapse. So HF Bala is now being offered for sale again.

He is a dream to ride, with very smooth paces. He is sensible on roads, in town and careful in the bush. He gives all riders a ride to remember. He is responsive, but very caring. An experienced rider can get movements from him that usually take years of training. But a beginner, even with untimely aids, will be carried safely throughout the ride.
